General
1. The hire fee is non refundable once the hoop has left our bridal studio whether for a dress fitting, for the actual wedding date or for any other reason.
2. If a hoop is damaged they usually need replacing. In these circumstances and subject to our discretion the deposit will be forfeited. Things like the hem getting dirty are a natural occurance which is not considered as being damaged.
3. Payment of the hire fee and the deposit is required within 7 days of booking a hoop. If the payment is not made within those 7 days your booking will be automatically cancelled. Please note that we do not send out payment reminders.
4. Where hoops are posted all postage costs are the responsibility of the hirer.
5. The hoop hire fee allows you to pickup and take your hoop to each of your dress fittings should you need to, however the hoop must be returned after each of those dress fittings.
6. Please do not attempt to clean or wash the hoops, this will be done by Hoops 4 Brides upon their return.

Hoop Returns
7. Hoops 4 Brides manages all hoop pickups and returns at their studio by appointment. If you arrange for another person to drop off or pick up your hoop they must adhere to your scheduled appointment (not just turning up at our studio because they are in the area or because they thought it would be fine) as we will be attending to other client appointments outside of yours.
8. Appointments for returning hoops are made during our business hours only i.e. we are not open on Sundays or Public Holidays. Our business hours can be located on the Contact Us page
9. If you have forgotten your appointment to return the hoop or the person you have arranged to drop off your hoop has forgotton and you don't contact us the hoop deposit, subject to our discretion, may be forfeited. So if for any reason you are unable to return the hoop as arranged please contact us by email or telephone so a new appointment can be arranged.
10. Hoops are not to be left at our doorstep unless prior arrangements have been made with us in writing (email)
